1. What Zensou is

Zensou is an AI conversation companion inspired by Zen teaching. Its responses are generated by artificial intelligence for reflection and general wellbeing. They may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete, and should never be your only basis for important decisions.

2. What Zensou is not

Not a medical, psychiatric, or psychological service. Zensou does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care.
Not legal, financial, or investment advice.
Not a religious organization. Zensou draws on Zen wisdom as perspective and will never ask you to adopt any faith.
Not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services or 988 (US) immediately.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Premium is a subscription ($12.99/month or $79.99/year) processed by Gumroad, which issues your license key and receipt.
You may cancel anytime via the link in your Gumroad receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

4. Age

Zensou is intended for users aged 16 and over.

5. Fair use

To keep Zensou available to everyone, conversations are rate-limited. Automated, abusive, or unlawful use — or attempts to make Zensou produce harmful content — may result in access being suspended.

6. Sponsored suggestions

Zensou currently shows no ads. If we ever introduce partner recommendations (for example, meditation courses or retreats), they will always be clearly labeled as sponsored and never disguised as neutral guidance.

7. Liability

Zensou is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
